Kitchen Gardeners

We need to do something about this. We may have succeeded in getting a garden onto the White House Lawn, and food safety is at the top of many people's minds - let's do something bigger and more impactful.

I'm totally disgusted and angry at the whole GMO situation, and that our President is apparently unaware of how perverted the new bill going to congress that's supposed to "protect us" is.

Take the time to watch this video entirely. It's worth every minute.

Thank you so much for this Jessica. I buy my seeds at Seed Savers Exchange. It is a non profit, and offers hundreds of seeds. They are dedicated to saving seeds that could actually go extinct. It is so important for people to know what they are actually eating. If more and more people grow there own food, perhaps we the people can send a message.

HOW TO - ADD A LINK

Several people have experienced difficulty putting working links into comments and blogs etc and I know it is clumsy.... so here is how you do it.....

First type the text you want to appear....  ie  IAN'S PAGE

Then go back and highlight the link text.

Then hit the hyperlink button...a pictogram of a chain link.

Your browser may intervene and request permission to allow temporary scripting or some similar message.   Allow it and go back and highlight the text again

I don't want to make our community hide bound by rules and regulations but I think that, as the community has grown, some explanation of what is expected is needed.
