How heavenly! What are your first spring flowers there? We have a couple of weeks before spring and we all have spring fever!! My chives are greening uo- never have I gotten so excited over chives! Usually the snowdrops bloom first!

weather here isn't that great at all right now, rain all day.
Are you close to the sea?
We are about 40-50 km away from the sea, it does get a bit frosty here occasionally. So no, all year round blooming bougainvillea and jasmin for me, but I planted two of those lovely magnolias last year. We got them half price from a gypsy man who was passing by our door.

is this a magnolia in the background of your photo? I really love magnolias and their fragrance. Southern France is one of the places I would love to visit one day. I have been to Corsica once, a wonderful place, fantastic scenery everywhere.

HOW TO - ADD A LINK
Several people have experienced difficulty putting working links into comments and blogs etc and I know it is clumsy.... so here is how you do it.....
First type the text you want to appear.... ie IAN'S PAGE
Then go back and highlight the link text.
Then hit the hyperlink button...a pictogram of a chain link.
Your browser may intervene and request permission to allow temporary scripting or some similar message. Allow it and go back and highlight the text again
